豚肉大阪燒 Okonomiyaki With Pork

材料:
長芋(山藥)泥............150g
鰹魚湯.......................130ml
低筋麵粉...................120g
豬梅肉片...................4片
海蝦(去腸切細).........4隻
雞蛋...........................1隻
大蔥白(切細).............1棵
椰菜(捲心菜)(切細)...1/2個
糖...............................1/2茶匙
鹽...............................1/4茶匙
黑胡椒碎....................1/4茶匙

做法:-
1. 將低筋麵粉、雞蛋、鰹魚湯、長芋(山藥)泥、大蔥混合拌勻,然後加入糖、鹽、黑胡椒碎和椰菜(捲心菜)、海蝦、拌勻成大阪燒麵糊。
2. 熱油鍋下麵糊、豬梅肉片以中小火煎至金黃,然後翻另一面煎至金黃上碟。
3. 最後隨個人喜好加入豬排醬、海苔粉、蛋黃醬(美乃滋)、柴魚片和蔥花便可。
